Elena Spesivykh, PhD

Elena’s professional career is fully connected with Olympic and professional sports and work at the leading sports institution of higher education National Universityof Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine, as well as in the research laboratory “Theory and methods of sports training and reserve capabilities of athletes.”
As a result, Elena received her PhD for research on the determinants of athletes’ success in elite sport.
Later, her professional activity was continued at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health, Physical Education and Sports, as well as a Vice-Dean on Science and Management of International Projects.
Elena has experience as an editor of the scientific journal “Sports Science and Human Health”. She is the author of more than 30 scientific articles.
Oksana Shynkaruk, D.Sc.

Oksana Shynkaruk, Doctor of Physical Education and Sports, Corresponding Member of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports, Leading Specialist in Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine. In 2019 she received the Order of Princess Olga 3rd degree.
Dr. Shynkaruk went from a lecturer to a professor of the department, now she is the head of the department of innovative and information technologies in physical culture and sports; chief researcher of the research institute of the National University of Physical Education and Sport of Ukraine.
She have extensive experience in managing and organizing research and sports work. For many years she held the position of Vice-Rector for Sports and Director of the Research Institute of the National University of Physical Education and Sport of Ukraine.
Research interests are aimed at researching sports training: selection, orientation, management and control in sports, building the process of training athletes; scientific and methodological support for the training of athletes; development of children’s and youth and sports of the highest achievements, research of innovative and information technologies in physical culture and sports. A special place has recently been occupied by the problem of the development of e-sports in the world as a new social phenomenon in society.
Dr. Shynkaruk has relevant experience of professional and public activity in the structural units of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Chairman of the Expert Council for the Defense of PhD dissertations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on Physical Culture and Sports, member of the section “Pedagogy, Psychology, Youth and Sports”). Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine (member of the Scientific Coordinating Council in the field of physical culture and sports of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports), National Olympic Committee of Ukraine (NOC Commission), National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (Scientific Secretary of the Physical Education Section and Sports of the Department of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine). Since 2019 he has been an expert of the branch expert council of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education.
Experience and practical skills have allowed hук to serve as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the journals “Theory and Methods of Physical Education and Sports”, “Science in Olympic Sports”, and is currently a member of the editorial board of the journals “Theory and Methods of Physical Education and Sports”. “Sports Medicine and Physical Rehabilitation”, “Physical Culture, Sports and Health of the Nation”.
Oksana is an author of more than 290 publications of educational, methodical and scientific nature. As a supervisor she prepared 12 Doctors of Philosophy.
Natalia Goncharova, D.Sc.

Goncharova Natalia, Doctor of Physical Education and Sports, Associate Professor of the department of innovative and Informational technologies in the field of physical culture and sports of the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine.
She has extensive experience in practical and scientific activities in the field of physical culture and sports. Natalia realized herself as a professional athlete, coach.
Her research interests include the use of health-promoting technologies in the process of physical education of people of different ages, the study of the formation of human motility in the process of ontogenesis, biomechanics of sports and physical activity, clinical kinesiology. She has repeatedly participated in competitions for scientific projects. In 2011, the social innovative project “Monitoring” won the competition for social innovation projects and won the Grand Prix from the the David Lynch Foundation. For scientific activity Dr. Goncharova has been awarded by the Main Department of Education and Science of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Natalia is constantly improving her professional level. Participates in scientific conferences of various levels, undergoes internships in leading institutions of Ukraine and foreign countries, is the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the journal “Theory and Methods of Physical Education and Sports”.She is an author of more than 150 scientific papers. Under her supervision, dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy are defended and prepared.
Olga Kaluzhna, PhD

Olga has been teaching at the university for over 10 years, a participant of international scientific and practical conferences and symposiums, author of more than 20 scientific publications.
Her scientific interest – individualization and differentiation of the process of physical training of an athletes of pre-pubertal and pubertal periods in difficult coordination sports on the basis of gender.
Olga’s practical activities are aimed at improving the level of physical and functional
training of an athletes, work with dancers, National teams of Ukraine on fencing and rhythmic gymnastics.
Nikolai Latyshev, PhD

His professional career has focused on data analysis in the fields of Olympic and professional sports, physical education and human health. For a long time he has been engaged in teaching and scientific activities, as well as conducting scientific and sports events.
Nikolai takes part in scientific conferences of various levels, undergoes internships in Ukraine as well as in foreign countries. In 2019 he became publishing editor of the scientific journal “Sports Science and Human Health”.
He is the author of more than 30 scientific publications devoted to data analysis, modeling and forecasting results.
